Debbie Manley is the creator and coach of Project Phoenix the Resilience Academy in Sydney.
Debbie works with young people to support them live more of what feels true rather than by the external pressures and expectations that is commonly experienced by young people today.
She also works with parents to help foster supportive and nurturing development of growth of future generations.
From her longstanding career in Human Resources in one of Australia’s biggest corporations, to realigning her life’s direction to serve the community, to maintaining balance between raising her young family and her own personal transformation, Debbie brings a deep understanding of modern pressures faced by those trying to find their identity, inner peace and their place in today’s busy society.
